Pinocchio at the Suomenlinna Open-air Theatre in summer 2025

A poor carpenter carves a doll out of a piece of wood, and it unexpectedly comes to life. From this begins the adventure of Pinocchio, a kind-hearted wooden doll, in a world filled with dishonesty and greed, with the sole dream of becoming a real boy. Ryhmäteatteri presents a dystopian stage adaptation of Carlo Collodi's beloved Pinocchio story at the Suomenlinna Open-air Theatre.
Performances from June 5th to August 30th, 2025. Subtitled in English on Wednesdays and Fridays. The performance language is Finnish. Recommended age limit 9 years.
